27 Doors to Self-Discovery:
Why Subtypes Matter More Than You Think

with Hans Schumann
11:50 – 12:45
Most Enneagram students know their type — but far fewer understand their subtype, the unique alchemy of type plus dominant instinct that drives their deepest survival patterns. In this session, we’ll explore Claudio Naranjo’s rich 27-subtype model, as developed and expanded by Beatrice Chestnut, and see why subtypes are far more than “just another flavour” of a type. You’ll learn how subtypes can explain mistyping, how they mask the core passion and how identifying yours can open the most powerful path for your personal growth.
Experience the Somatic Enneagram Your Inner Journey’s Missing Piece

with Heather Brown
11:50 – 12:45
Our type patterns protect us so that we can get through life, but at the cost of hiding away the parts of ourselves that our type believes will overwhelm us. In fact, these are the very parts which will lead us back to our essential qualities! The Somatic Enneagram methodology enables us to contact and include our body’s felt sense of the hidden parts of ourselves. As we gain capacity to be with them, we discover a more open way to meet ourselves: a more grounded, receptive and joyful way to experience life, others and the world at large.
Come and experience this missing piece in your journey.

Harmonising Your Type: The Enneagram of Balance

with Teresa Daniels
14:30 – 15:30
Does the Enneagram have ancient origins? Did it emerge from Eastern mysticism, or is it primarily a creation of modern psychology?Teresa Daniels explores these questions by weaving together history, scholarship, and personal experience. Drawing on vivid photographs and stories from her travels in Egypt with Enneagram master Russ Hudson, as well as later explorations of the Desert Fathers’ monasteries in Egypt and Cappadocia, she offers a rare glimpse into some of the spiritual and cultural traditions that may have shaped the Enneagram. Along the way, she examines both the myths and the contributions of influential figures such as Gurdjieff, Ichazo, and Naranjo. Enjoy a journey across centuries and continents—where history, mystery, and psychology converge.
with Robert Hutchinson
14:30 – 15:30
What if the Enneagram isn't about fixing yourself, but about finding balance between your personality dynamics?
Join Robert to explore the Enneagram as a development path that avoids extremes and finds wisdom in integration rather than elimination. You'll discover how the symbol itself teaches the sacred geometry of balance, explore why your 'vice' and 'virtue' are both essential to your authentic self-expression, and learn practical ways to harmonise the dynamic movement between your dominant type, release point, and stretch point.
Whether you’re new to the Enneagram or have been working with it for years, this session offers a fresh perspective on personality dynamics, with practical tools to help you find your own path to greater balance and wholeness. This interactive workshop combines content delivery with paired discussions and personal reflection exercises. Participants will explore the Enneagram symbol's geometry hands-on, engage in structured conversations about their personality patterns, and leave with practical insights they can implement immediately. The approach balances conceptual learning with experiential discovery, ensuring insights are both understood and embodied. Robert’s deep love of ancient Egyptian wisdom has led to original research into the Enneagram symbol and system, exploring its roots and its connection to timeless principles of balance and harmony. He brings this depth to his work, helping clients integrate ancient insight with contemporary self-awareness for more authentic living and leadership. He is an Accredited Professional with the International Enneagram Association, an Accredited Practitioner with iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

The Centred Voice
Exploring what our bodies do when we speak
with Kieran Morris
15.40 – 16.10

Stepping up to speak or teach thrusts us into a moment of exposure and influence: simultaneously in the spotlight and holding space for others to learn. Our dominant centre shapes that moment with familiar patterns, further influenced by our mental and emotional habits, which can either support or disrupt our connection to presence.
In this interactive session, Kieran draws on his experience in voice work, filmmaking, and the Enneagram to explore what our bodies do when we speak, the habitual responses that arise for each centre, and how creating awareness can help us return to ourselves. You’ll witness these patterns in action and examine how greater inward listening can enable us to speak with greater clarity, authority, and ease
About Kieran
Kieran Morris blends his experience in voice work, filmmaking, and the Enneagram to help people speak with clarity, confidence, and authority. Certified as a Teacher and Practitioner with The Narrative Enneagram, he combines body awareness, creative refinement, and deep listening to help individuals recognise their personality habits and return to authentic presence.
