In November 2024 Jeanie Honey led an ‘enneatrek’ in Nepal, taking a group of women (‘the Nepal Nine’) on an 8-day trek and combining it with an inner journey of exploring the Enneagram. It was a big adventure, and an opportunity to use the Enneagram in new and creative ways.

The trek was challenging physically, mentally and emotionally and turned out to be an amazing way of getting to know ourselves better. It has led Jeanie to reflect on the impact of taking oneself out of one’s normal comfort zone (stuck patterns) and being in stupendous scenery where a new perspective is possible.
