Good news on the food front too - there’s a great range of local restaurants, pubs and deli options, right on the doorstep.
Beatrice Chestnut, PhD MA is a licensed psychotherapist, coach, and business consultant based in San Francisco. She has a PhD in communication studies, and an MA in clinical psychology. A student of the Enneagram system since 1990, she is author of the books, The Complete Enneagram: 27 Paths to Greater Self-Knowledge, and The 9 Types of Leadership: Mastering the Art of People in the 21st century Workplace. She was President of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) from 2006-2007 and offers trainings on the Enneagram internationally, focusing on using it as a tool for personal transformation.
Beatrice Chestnut has been studying the Enneagram system of personality types for twenty five years. She completed her teaching certification on the subject in 1997 and has since studied to understand how to integrate the Enneagram into business and leadership. Beatrice was trained as a group facilitator at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and has facilitated many “human sensitivity training groups” at Stanford since then, supporting business students to communicate more effectively.
Beatrice has been active in the international Enneagram community since 2003, serving as president of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) from 2006 – 2007, chairperson of the 2004 IEA conference, and founding co-editor of the IEA’s Enneagram Journal in 2008.
In 2013, she authored a book, The Complete Enneagram: 27 Paths to Greater Self-Knowledge, about how to become more self-aware using the Enneagram map. The book explains how through noticing the way you tend to think, feel, and behave - and having a map to the key patterns to watch out for - you can stop being constrained by compulsive habits and have greater choices through which to create positive change. Her most recent book, The 9 Types of Leadership, demonstrates how to solve people problems on the job in a quick, efficient and satisfying way through understanding personality patterns and motivations.
Currently, Beatrice has a psychotherapy, coaching, and business development practice based in San Francisco. She teaches Enneagram workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area and around the world. Beatrice has been a therapist for 18 years and worked with many different kinds of teams and businesses as a trainer, coach, and change consultant.
More than anything else, Beatrice is passionate about helping others find their way toward more fulfilling relationship, work, and life experiences. She believes that the only way we can make our own individual lives better - and that of humanity as a whole - is for each of us to work to become more conscious, present, and alive.

Uranio continues with an intensive global teaching programme, offering a wide range of different programmes alone and in partnership with Mundo Eneagrama faculty members, including ‘The Way of the Arrows’, ‘The Way of the Symbol’ and ‘The Enneagram in Relationship’. Newly formatted for 2017, Uranio in partnership with Beatrice Chestnut brings us two exciting programmes: ‘Rising Above Instincts and Subtypes’ and ‘Enneagram Resources for Coaches, Consultants and Professionals’.
Uranio has studied in a Fourth Way School and with a number of highly respected Sufi Enneagram teachers, so he is now bringing their wisdom, insights and perspectives to a wider audience. His approach integrates the ancient Enneagram, as in Gurdjieff’s Laws and Characteristics of the symbol, with more contemporary teaching of the Nine Types. Additionally, Uranio pays attention to movements within the Enneagram diagram – including arrows and wings - that can help us in our growth process.
Uranio is widely known for having developed his own methods of working with the Enneagram, including his very particular use of an Enneagram mat to work with people individually and in groups in advanced workshops. Increasingly, he offers his own brand of energy-based workshops and as word spreads, he is ever more in demand.
Uranio currently lives in London, UK, with his wife and two children.

His passion is people’s spiritual liberation to enhance world peace (and joy).

Rosemary Cowan founded and runs the London Enneagram Centre. Rosemary first came across the Enneagram twenty years ago, at a time when she and her husband were having difficulties in their marriage. Understanding the way they were so different changed everything, bringing lightness, humour and compassion back into their relationship - and their three daughters and wider family also benefited.
As a result, Rosemary became passionate about bringing this wonderful, profound model to those outside her immediate family so that they could understand themselves and the other people in their lives. And not just understand themselves, but make practical steps to integrate undeveloped aspects of their personalities so as to become happier and more whole. Hence, Rosemary’s aim is to bring the Enneagram to those who want to develop and change; who want to do more than just find out what type they are.
Rosemary qualified as an Enneagram teacher in the USA and set up the London Enneagram Centre in 2002. She has since taught the Enneagram to individuals, couples and families as well as to businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations both in the UK and internationally. She subsequently qualified as a psychotherapist and couples’ counsellor and finds the Enneagram invaluable in her work with clients.
Rosemarie Morgan-Watson is a full time business partner of MetaMe ,Graduate of the Feldenkrais Method® - Awareness Through Movement Teacher, Functional Integration Practitioner, accredited CoreSinging™ teacher , NLP Master Practitioner and a Certified Consultant - Trainer Words That Change Minds. She provides Enneagram consulting and assessment services to fellow professionals, enabling more effective use of the Enneagram in a range of contexts; Management Consulting, Human Resource Development, Organisation Development, Team Development and Coaching. A current collaboration with Sullivan Business Psychologists is focused on Enneagram profiling. Helen draws on 16 years Enneagram experience in organisations, teams, consultancy, and in supporting individual journeys.
Inspired by the Enneagram as a sacred symbol that enables diagnosis, insight and change momentum for people and systems, Helen loves the way it gives easy every-day access to extraordinary knowledge. It is profound yet practical. It helps us see what’s hidden in plain sight. If we’re open, it helps soften boundaries, blending the sacred and spiritual with the everyday. Vitally, it offers a way through confusion and difficulty, a pathway to courageous action and profound change.
Helen co-founded Enneagram Alive three years ago as a non-profit enterprise, with a passionate commitment to raising Enneagram awareness across the UK and Ireland, and to building a supportive community among Enneagram professionals.
In late 2016 Helen was honoured to become a Mundo Eneagrama Board Member and UK Faculty Member. In this role she facilitates an advanced Enneagram learning forum for Mundo Eneagrama students, contributes learning materials, facilitates workshops and provides coaching.
Closer to home in the ancient landscape that is Shaftesbury, Dorset, Helen hosts a monthly ‘Life Space Circle’ promising ‘Space for You, Space for Soul, Space for Community’. Here, local people gain a stronger sense of connection; with themselves, with each other, with Spirit, trees, plants and the land. Circle Practice methods provide the container and the Enneagram is one ingredient. Others include seasonal inspiration drawn from poetry, music, Chinese 5 Element Theory, Plant Spirit work and Systemic Constellations, together with Celtic and Taoist Wisdom Traditions.
Helen English has a MA in English from Cambridge University, MSc in Change Consulting & Coaching, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Certified Enneagram Teacher in the Narrative Tradition and qualified in a Taoist Shamanic tradition. She’s currently studying Integral Coaching with New Ventures West. Her free time involves trees, Tai Chi and traditional music making with friends.
Angus Clark is a gifted movement facilitator and coach with 35+ years experience. In his Devon-based organisation Living Movement he works with people of all ages and backgrounds as a movement for health explorer and educator.
Angus is Honorary Vice President of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. Already the author of a number of well-respected books on Tai Chi and Qi Gong, he has also produced two superb DVDs. In one-to-one and group settings, Angus continues to teach pure Tai Chi and Qi Gong. He also teaches broader ‘Living Movement’ methods, not Tai Chi per se, yet grounded in it.
Students love Angus’ relaxed approach and sense of humour. He brings a rare, light touch and unfailing spirit of inquiry – a capacity for ‘beginners mind’ – that expands possibility for those around him. His curiosity and teaching style help students build the capacity for self-observation; cognitive, relational, somatic and spiritual… the foundations and fuel for continued self-development.
Angus explains how 35 years of study and research reflect a passion for ways in which the ancient principles of tai chi – Freeing, Aligning, Focusing, Sensing and Being – can become a valuable modern day resource. He has a deep love of nature and works outdoors whenever possible, helping people feel more grounded and connected. Working with the body, Angus facilitates a process of inquiry that helps people light the fire of their own potential in body, mind and heart.
